45 inches is the stretched length, not the resting length. Hold the net at both ends and extend it across your back for easier reach. The flexible mesh also bunches into your hand for washing arms and legs.
How does it exfoliate and build lather?
The knotted mesh helps lift away dry surface skin. Wet the net, add body wash and bunch it gently to build lather. Use light pressure on your body and adjust to your comfort. Avoid broken or irritated skin; stop if discomfort occurs.
How should I rinse, hang and store it?
Rinse thoroughly after use, then hang the net by its white cord loop in a well-ventilated spot. Open mesh lets water drain and air circulate. Let it dry completely before placing it in the included pouch.
